2015 marks 75 years of Bomb Disposal. To mark the occasion, a series of events will be held throughout 2014 and 2015. Proceedings launched on Friday 25th June 2014 with The Corps Band playing a concert at Saffron Walden Hall. The band was supported by Jools Holland, the Honary Colonel 101 (City of London) Engineer Regiment (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) and the Wimbish Military Wives Choir.
Upcoming events include a Charity Boxing Match, a further Concert in Saffron Walden and a Service of Remembrance. A commemorative silver piece is also being commissioned and watches have been produced to mark the occasion.
